Anyone know of a place I can get a free basic website template. A friend and I have started a new project and want a very basic website with forum capability such as "vbulletin" but want to keep it cheap cause we ain't makin money. Oh yeah it is not a photography website. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nope DPC is enough. Anyone know of any free templates?

What are you looking for in a template? Own a few hundred and might be able to send you one.

BTW like red? The buyer stiffed me on it...... BUT YOU WOULD REALLY HAVE TO LIKE RED lol and im not joking :)RED --free

I use Siteground for hosting and they have a couple of content mgt tools (Mambo, Joomla, Wordpress, Wiki e.t.c.) and bulletin boards (phpBB) as part of the package [also carts & what not - oh and some photo gallery in case you change your mind ;-)]. Hosting is @$5/mth depending how long you want to commit to.

I'm quite sure rex already has the host, but is looking for a quick and dirty structure.

Yeah I know but... A lot of those CMS have templates available as well as downloadable. Should have been more clear....

I used it as a (dunno the right name) active window? inside my own domain.

i know using the web developer tools for Firefox works for CSS on the Pbase site. i haven't fully explored it's capabilities but do you think it might work for your needs, too?
