Can I get a fill flash from my on camera flash simultaneously with an external bounce flash???

This is how you do it.

Pop up your on-camera-flash.

With one hand, hold your camera firmly. With the order hand, grab hold of the on-camera-flash.

Now, rip off your on-camera-flash and throw it away.

Invest in a good Flash.

There's no good way to get an external bounce with your on-cameray-flash.

Well, I think you can get a light trigger that will fire the external flash when it detects another flash. I'm not sure what they are but I've seen them before. They won't be exactly the same time but I think the delay is pretty minute.

I think what he means is that he wants to use the built-in flash for fill, and an additional external flash for bounce. ie. 2 flashes.

If that is what you want then I can't see why not. Just connect an extra flash to the sync port on the camera. You will have to use manual, as the TTL will not work with the external flash.

You would need external flash units capable of "Master" and "Slave" functions. There are a zillion out there, but I'm not sure which will work with your camera. I use a fairly expensive one on my camera because its capable of "master" function. The other flash is a cheapish one that cannot be master, but can be "slave". I set the controls via the master to send more power to the slave than the master. Then I have a key light & a fill light. :)

Looking at the functions, I think this METZ flash would do what I want.
Which is shoot a subject while getting fill and bouncing the flash off the ceiling or wall. Anybody know if these METZ flashes are any good?

Metz flash units are as good as or better than camera brand flash units.
