Thanks to Leisha ( daboardergirl - she just selected one of my photographs as a fav, bringing my total to 300, which delights me beyond words.
So thanks, Leisha, and to all the other very kind and generous folks who've selected shots of mine as favs - I am indeed very grateful!
Now kindly go visit daboardergirl's portfolio to see what the talented young lady has been up to!

I'd just like to say a big thanks to you for all your comments.
The best part of this site for me is recieving comments, and unfortunately it's a bit of a rarerity, i wish other people would comment like you.

congratulations deb!! in my honest opinion, that number should have been much higher than 300 by now ;)
i just couldn't help but realize while visiting your profile that your comments given is 10,153 right now. i remember not that much of a while ago that it was 8000. with this pace i'm guessing it'll be 15,000 very soon. well-done :) |

I left my 10,000th comment on one of Sherpet's pictures - figured that was only appropriate. But one of my favorite things to do here is to look at what other people are shooting - it's a neat way to see things through other people's eyes, and to see other parts of the world.
Oh, and the number wouldn't even be close to 300 if it weren't for your favs. :-) |

yes, i definitely agree with that. the other thing i like about commenting is it really makes you to think about what you see, why that person possibly took that picture... it makes you to learn. |

| It makes you learn, and not just photography. When you look as you say to see why that person took that picture, you learn a bit about that person, and people in general, as well. |
