I just filled out the application with operation love and I was wondering if anyone else participated with them.

Bookmarked the site. Thanks for the link, Jenn. I haven't worked with them, but being in a military city, I might join. Need to read a bit more about them first.

| I'm looking into this also. Somebody posted something about this awhile back and it caught my eye. Unfortunately, it got pushed to a back burner. Thanks for bringing it back to my attention. :) |

I could not download the application but if you cut and paste the link it should work, at least it did for me.
Soon as a saw this I knew it was for me. My husband was in the Coast Guard, my brother was in the Army (spent over a year in Iraq) I have Brother-in-law in the Marines stationed in Jacksonville(officer- been to Iraq and Afganistan) and a brother-in-law in the Airforce currently in Afganistan.
At one point 2 years ago all 3 of my sons uncles where stationed in Iraq.
Can you tell I am proud of them. :)
I think this is a wonderful organization and I can't wait to help them out.

I did get it to work. Anyone know how much the books cost they are talking about and a round about shipping costs?
I want to do this but I also want to make sure it fits in my budget.

I am hoping they mean a regular 4X6 album with the photos in it. I know it doesn't cost any extra to mail a package oversees to the troop.
