do you mean how to add it to the site? or specifically how to put one in your forum post?

I mean how to put onen on the forum post. I have added photos to the challenges, but cannot figure out how to add to the forums.

okay, that was a stupid question :-) I see by your profile that you do know how to get photos in your portfolio...
to post a thumbnail link to a pic in your portfolio here, when you are making a post, there are some little blue boxes at the top of the post window they have a B , i , a picture, a globe, 2 little squares, and a person.
Click on the 2 little squares box. Then put in the image id number, just the number. You can see the number if you right click on an image and select properties, or if the photo page is open, it is the last group of numbers in the URL.

for example- to post this image of yours...

you put in the number- 495031

Click on post reply or quote and when you get to the posting screen you will see the word message: followed by a tool bar with 6 squares, (bold, Italic, Insert image, Insert hyperlink, Insert Thumbnail, insert user profile. Click one and insert the address. If you are inserting a thumbnail image click the button second to the right and insert just the numbers of the picture at the end of the address.

So for this image
//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=426654
you will hit the button and only insert the section in bold,
//www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=426654

that's not the right number, it should be the 6 digits at the end of the URL....
is that a photo from your portfolio you are trying to post?
that won't work if it is not....

thanks. i will keep trying. i am sure i will get it eventually. i did not have the photo in my portfolio so i will add i first.
