Woohoo! It's downloading right now. It comes in two parts, the first download is 463M. The second is 94M.

haha I got installed today in my macbook thanks to the guys in IT from my job and its awesome. My job finally threw quark out to the trash and they went to indesign. Wow I love indesign (used it since CS), and photoshop is amazing, along with illustrator. Still playing with it cant stop right now.
