You have to use maths to work out what the change in average works out to between clicks of the update button...

average vote since last update = ((current votes * current average) - (previous votes * previous average)) / chnage in votes

What's up - only 144 votes and there were 329 submissions. We should each get a minimum of 328 votes.....Very slow. Maybe everyone has gone away for the Easter weekend?

I think there are at least 10 images that meet the challenge, have universal appeal, and are technically sound. These are very likely to be sitting near or over 7. My uneducated guess is that it will take a 7.2+ to place top 3.

Oh no...there's no way I'll make 7. By mid-voting/mid-week, most scores are already around where they will finish. So, no--seven is not realistic for me at this late stage. (maybe an 8, though!) HA!

...and here we are on the last day of voting: dropped a wee bit, recovered but only at 6.1 something or other... mpeters really liked it (met with great approval) but lucky to finish in the top 20 methinks.
