okay..... my mind is now out of the gutter :).
never even thought of someone actually eating one..... although my brother enjoys tuna burgers... I'm gonna pass the recipe along!

One of the best reasons to live near the coast.

Once, a taco joint tried to pass off a fish taco to me with fish sticks.

I never went back to that joint again.

There is nothing better than a good fish taco.

Well, maybe a nap.

Repost this everywhere you can! Maybe then restaurants will learn that a fish taco is NOT a breaded fish fillet in a tortilla. Probably my biggest culinary pet peeve.

You need to try Rubios if you can. Theirs is breaded and served with plain yugurt instead of sour cream. Cabbage, cilantro, hot pepper sauce, a lime to squeeze on it, in a corn tortilla. They have one with avocado in it too.

Some care is needed when ordering a taco salad here, you are likely to get a tako salad. And whereas I love a good tako salad some people are not too keen on raw octopus.

You can get it as Tako Poki at just about any grocery store here. The Tako is normally blanched so not really raw like the Ahi Poki is. You can get about 4 different kinds, pretty good stuff.
