i generally only read threads with titles that are (to me) interesting. but personally, i dont feel that i have to read everything that is posted - on this site, or any other.
if a small period of time passes where few threads appear that are interesting to me, I rarely chalk it up to the site "going downhill" or some other foregone apocalyptic conclusion :).
After all, who am I to judge for everyone else what is interesting and what they should talk about? Who am I to deny others a sense of community merely because I feel that "people should only talk about stuff that's interesting to me"?
Since I'm not trying to make this website the sole source of goodness and joy in my life, I can deal with some ebb and flow in interesting topics :)
but that's just me ....
