I just noticed I was added to his (her?) fav's yesterday and was looking at his (her?) profile - sparse - 0 forum posts, 0 challenges, reg'd for almost a year and I am one of only 7 favorite photogs.

I s'pose I could PM him (her?) and thank him (her?), but I thought I would post this instead to draw him (her?) into the forums.

 The bait is set. |

Here I am, thanks for "dragging" me.
I added you after looking through your portfolio. I was "Dragged" there by your Day Six picture. One day I will be good enough at taking pictures and will submit in challenges - until then I will look and learn.

Holy crap! He (She?) took the bait!

Hi dorf - let me say thanks for adding me to your fav's!

A belated welcome to DPC! I'd also say that it is NEVER too soon to submit pics to the challenges - you have absolutely nothing to lose and lots of great feedback to gain. Just do it.

It'd be cool if you filled out just a few more details on your profile also - it appeases the demographics/statistics fanatics and would enable me to refer to you in your proper gender.

 btw, which "Day 6"?

 This one :o)

I will fill out more info on my page and maybe I will send in a picture this month - but then it will be thanks to you...

And the score hehe, I will "blame" on you :o)

Fair enough. But if you win a ribbon, I will burn your village to the ground. >:-)

...please update your profile as to the location of your village. ;-) |

		| Oh, no, will not because I am SURE that I will ribbon as soon as I start the challenges and I will not live in the fear of you coming over - LOL. But I did update my profile. Now you just have to wait and see... |

Cool. Just as an FYI, the camera you have has a couple ribbbons to its credit, so don't let that stop you. Actually, the second camera you listed has some ribbons also, albeit they go back a ways.

Tell you what, if you enter three challenges over the next 30 days, I'll buy you a membership. |

Art never made a thread for ME when I added him to MY favourites list.
 :-/

I smell the beginning of an online romance here. ;-)

No, no, no -- that's the evolution of dorfs.

 Clearly you're thinking of dorfology.

 Jealous?

Na, I don't think it is romance. I think Ken is simply doing what any photographic carnivore does when looking for prey.

Draws the prey out. Let's them think all is good. Befriends. Buys them a membership, then a drink.

Then when all is calm, an no one is looking,....wam, bam, there's poor dorf on the next 'DPC Enquirer'.

Typical rag man just getting another story for their near-monthly mag.
