How do you go about finding models? I've contacted a couple of modeling agencies and I'm awaiting callbacks from two local colleges regarding the models they use for their art projects.

Anyone have any other resources (online or local venues you use) to gather models?

//www.photographytips.com has a forum and in the forum a section for models.

Mag posted a link to another model site in here and if you do a google or yahoo search for model "my_town" you will probly get a bunch more results.
