While basking in the glory of my new pb and first top ten finish in circles 2, i thought i'd check out if i made the top twelve for the lens i used. I was gobsmaked to see that the shot made 2nd on the all time list.
But then i saw only 14 people own this lens.
Why is that? Its a great lens, or is there something me and 13 other people on this site don't know?

Probably has something to do with the fact that the Canopn 10-22 is only about $100 more.

the sigma - i am told - actually has a wider field of view than the canon. coming from a camera dealer who dumped his L glass for sigmas gold ring...
i plan on getting the sigma some time soon.

The Tamron 11-18 is a nice lens. Not sure why only 14 owners... Price probably has something to do with it..

i looked up the specs on the canon and the sigma.
canon = 107.5 - 63.5 deg
sigma = 102.4 - 63.8 deg
which seems to contradict what i was told, none the less the canon won't fit my canon camera oddly enough. so i'll stick with the sigma.
i seem to remember him telling me that that spec can be misleading though.
