The guy in the window of the third floor of the office building has no pants on, the postal truck driver is passed out in the front seat with a beer in his hand and there are 13 live pigs in the back of the truck and the guy with the glasses is really a girl and the girl is holding a cup full of raisins and that yellow flyer on the lamp post is advertising for a band that broke up in the '80s.

I thought that the government, giving itself a parking ticket was odd. Like taking money out of one pocket and putting into another. Only it costs some admin fees to do it.
