Hi again.
A friend of mine told me that every registered user of RSP got a link to download the fina version of Lightroom 1.0
But I have not! I've gone to Adobe's page but after a maze of pages that lead me to other useless pages I could'nt find an email adress that I could use to complaint about this.
First: is the above true?
Second: if so does anybody have the suppoort email adress or a contact to ask about this?

Yes, it's true. I've seen it discussed several times that calling Adobe is much faster than writing/emailing. There's more information here.

Yes, it is true. If you purchased RSP, then you should be able to obtain a copy of Lightroom 1.0 free of charge. It may be that:
- You registered your version of RSP with an old email address
- You didn't register your version of RSP
- Your email from Adobe was caught in a SPAM filter
You should contact Adobe to find out how to proceed. unfortunately, I don't know what the proper contact address is. I'd start with support for the Lightroom product. |
