Jen,

Could you send me the steps that you did to correct this. I've had someone email me asking me for your steps.

Thanks!

You've inspired me to have yet another go at it. Here are my 3 attempts at this photo. (clearly I have WAY too much time on my hands) :)

(I didn't have the patience to clean up the shadows) :)

Uuummmmm... well, I can probably figure them out for the most part. Kind of just messed around until I got something I liked.

roughly something like this:
- added a duplicate layer in screen mode (might have done this twice)
- Image>Adjust>Match color, checked the neutralize box and adjusted the saturation and luminosity sliders up
- Curves and levels adjustments
- Dodge & burn
- a pass or two of neatimage

I'm sure I've missed a few steps but that was the main bits of it, I think... sorry I can't be more accurate.

Thank you to everyone who helped out!

I told Jen that I'd let her know how the printed versions came out and I'm still planning on doing that; however, I've been out of commission, sick, and have been too bogged down to do anything fun!

Thanks again! :)

With smiles and sunshine,
Marjorie
