did the person who left the comment just join? I'm curious because last week there was someone handing out comments and 1 votes (his avg vote given was 1.19). I reported it and they were gone. I'm wondering if they are back? I'd been hanging at 6.16+/-.02 for 3 days and now all of the sudden I've dropped .05 in the last 6 or 7 votes. That is some pretty low scores when there are 370 votes to average into.
This is why I usually leave scores off...

no, she has been in some challenges already and average vote cast is 5.8, quite high. but the comment came together with the vote, but it was a nice comment so I don't really know. I don't want to accuse anyone. I just think if you give 1 explain it, do not say fantastic!, just explain why you think the photo is so bad that it deserves 1. I think it's quite low to give a bad vote and a perfect comment at the same time.

Some people comment after they score and that can happen at the same time as someone else gives you a one. Don't assume that one extra vote and at the same time one extra comment is given by the same person.

Yes. I often go back and comment hours (or days even) after voting.

Me too. I usually vote first and then come back and comment later. It's rare that I comment at the same time I cast a vote unless something really bowls me over. :)

Well, the one-berries are out and pulling my score down faster than the neighbor coeds pull down the blinds when I go for a walk.
At this rate I'm predicting I'll finish in 75th place.
I think I'll go for a walk :(
