On the standings page, what is the number in parentheses next to our selected champion?

I know they piss me off every year by winning so i figured the trend would continue. i figured if i would be pissed about that at least my bracket would be good. |

lemme explain why i had duke vs unc in the final game.
i have a niece who is quite possibly the most fanatical cameron crazy on the face of this earth. my husband and brother are unc fans.
she will contend that duke is better than unc, no matter what.
unc won regular season champs.
unc won acc champs.
i wanted unc to beat duke in the championships, and make it a sweep.
oh wait, i'm currently tied for first. i don't have to explain anything. pfffft
(all of mine will probably lose in round two, but it is fun while it lasts)

An early exit by them wouldn't help my bracket any either. Down by 8 the last I checked!
