I am hoping to increase my workload.

I don't know if this is frowned upon here at DPC, but I'm going to engage in some shameless self-promotion.

As you can see from my profile, I am a writer. In all modesty...I'm a pretty good one.

Most recently I've been writing scripts for training videos. Prior to that I wrote advertising copy, magazine articles, movie reviews, etc.

I wrote five years of the Canadian comedy series, The Red Green Show.

I've been published several times as an author of short fiction.

If anyone needs, or knows of someone who needs, a good writer who delivers quality material, at competitive rates, with lightning speed...please send me a PM.

Thanks.

You wrote for the Red Green show?!?!?!?!?!?! WOW!!! COOL!!

I feel like I'm going back to my teenage years all over again... as I reach for my handy roll of duct tape!

If you like duct tape ... find the REAL thing ... theatrical black gaffer tape ... it is about 10 to 12 dollars a large roll but WORTH it ... it will tape your ass to a ceiling ...

I used to watch the Red Green Show! I caught it in reruns on late night TV for a few years. Its great when you've been out drinking with buddies and come home to veg in front of the TV with a whole cheese pizza! :)

Yeah ... it was a way too funny show for sure ... not many people know that the really nerdy sidekick in that show was the producer and director of it ...

... extremely intelligent dude by all reports ...

Let's stay on topic, people! Red Green didn't pay all that well, and I need more work! :)

Also, I was with the show for seasons 9 through 13 and I never saw Pat McKenna direct an episode. He is a very smart guy, though.

first bump of many

well it just MIGHT be frowned upon if it is the "first bump of many" ...

Surely there are other more appropriate venues for this self promotion in writing skills than a photography site ...

A mention is one thing and a campaign is maybe another? ...

I see your point. I'll practice a little restraint.

Cheers.
