In Arizona time doesn't change at all. Does this mean I can't partcipate in the challenge? ;o) |

I am delighted to say my calculus studies were finished about 20 years ago:) |
As a working scientist, I'm delighted to say I have computers to do all the calculus for me these days. I can do volume calculations of irregularly-shaped orebodies in minutes! :-) |
I think you meant
"As a working scientist and three time ribbon winner, ..." |
Hehe, I'm going to start using that as a tagline. :-D

Gawd, don't encourage him.
And, back on-topic, I have too many ideas; can I please do a collage? I promise that I'll do it with my usual suckiness :) |

I'm in as well and have an outtake (completely different subject) in my workshop. Hope I made the right decision on which one to enter.

As well you should be.
Haha - just kidding! Don't be scared. If you have a fabulous photo - that's great. If you have a not-quite-so-fabulous photo, you'll learn to take better ones. It's a win-win. :o) Good luck! |

I wonder how bad the voters are going to hammer people who dont enter photos that incluse a clock or a watch? Anyone want to place bets on how many DNMC voters there will be with this one?

I gave that serious thought and decided "screw them!". Do we really want to devolve challenges to 150 shots of the single most obvious application? The only way we are going to keep it from getting like that is by bearing some DNMC wrath.
My entry has no clock or watch. I distinctly worry that people may think "shoehorn" although I purposely shot this picture especially for this challenge. We'll see what happens. |

Well, looking at the last Time challenge, voters obviously rewarded those who didn't include a watch or a clock. First place went to a vintage storefront.
