Thank you. It means a lot to me that someone else cares. It is appreciated Martin.

If a user blocks adult shots, the shot would also be blocked for them on the front page and on the results page.

right - i just screwed up my presentation

i'm just saying that the people who want blocked shots will have to be appeased again when a shot they can't see wins the challenge

i care. you made valid points .. your post reminded me alot of my post much earlier in the discussion - that also, coincidentally, wasn't responded to by anyone but Martin, lol

Martin, you rock!

At that point, they'll have the choice to turn off the blocking, or deal with it.

I am neither a liberal nor irrational as anyone who knows me will tell you. Gun "control" is neither liberal nor irrational either...nor does it have anything to do with abandoning the Second Ammendment to the US Constitution, but that's a debate for another, more appropriate forum; one primarily concerned with political and philosophical issues. I fully understand the connections between art and politics (review my submissions), but I believe these forums are intended to primarily discuss the photographic aspects.

Please refrain from name-calling or labelling people; it violates the rules of this site, as you are aware.

gun control is being able to hit what you're aiming at :)

At least that's one rational definition...I bet this talented and world-wise pool of members could come up with a couple more, too...

Maybe we should have a monthly "banned topic" challenge; nudes one month, guns the next, flags, etc... that would allow folks to take a complete one-week "vacation" every few months, probably a healthy thing...or, to excercise their secret fantasy and go vote all the other photos a 1...;)
