Sheesh, it's been going on for days. To aggravate things for me, the PDAC (exploration convention) is going on.

Check out a news video <--- Ugh.. link broken, I think it changed for a site update, try HERE then find "Video News Director" and then the story about the Gardener being shut down.

I do hope your cat will be ok, that ice looks pretty vicious!! Perhaps you should consider a hard hat, not as fashionable I know, but at least you wouldn't get blood on your clothes if a particularly spikey bit of ice hit it.......just a thought.

For you, not as warm as the cat I will grant you but probably better protection.....I don't think they do cat sized hard hats.....although I may be wrong!!
