I tip my hat to the sender of this PM:

Mr. Petersen,
Your instructions on how you did your triptych were very instructive. While I read many of the tutorials offered on DPC, your description seems to serve my novice experience given it is done in basic editing. I copied and pasted the instructions to a word file, but when I clicked to save the photo it read: "Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_116340"

I don't intend to reuse it in any way; my intentions are for learning purposes only. May I copy the 2 photos you posted to Examples of color manipulation in basic thread?

Very refreshing, and restores at least a little of my faith in humanity :D

That's cool. I didn't even realize that comes up when you try to save a photo from this site. Usually I just drag and drop into photoshop... for those forum edits that is! :P

It's a new thing, but only on challenge images.

~~~grin~~~ It looks like my handwriting...you were kind to offer help. I'm a little embarrassed by this, but I think I am more flattered, really.
Way to set high standards Deb. Now we'll ALL be expected to behave that way. ;)
took me forever to figure out why it wasn't doing that for me. I was expecting a popup or something. it says that as the name of the file to be saved in case others are as dumb as me:0
