Hi, I've got a photo that I've edited in sRGB. Do i need to convert this to Adobe RGB, or CMYK or anything before I upload the full size print? or is sRGB fine?
Also, had i used Prophoto right from the start, is it possible to upload the pic in prophoto colourspace? or do you first have to convert it to sRGB/adobe RGB?

At this point I thnk keeping it in sRGB is the safest option -- I'm pretty sure that's what I've used for every print I've made anywhere.
DO NOT use CMYK mode -- the photo printers are RGB-native devices: lasers shoot through colored filters to expose regular photographic print paper.
Maybe you should make up some kind of calibration-standard print and order a test ... put on swatches of different types of photos, some blocks of solid color, a grayscale gradient, etc.

sRGB is what DCPrints uses. I asked them a while ago.
Save your image with an sRGB tag. But, you may want to proof it through the ICC profile below. They suggest this for proofing.
