Hey....

I have the Googe home page up on my screen and I want to do a screen print and I don't know how.

I have a PC with XP Home and a MS wireless keyboard and when I hit the PrtScn button, nothing happens......oh yeah, an HP 3210 printer that usually does what I tell it to.

Suggestions?????

The Print Screen button copies the screen to the clip board it doesn't actually print the screen. Instead use your browser's print function, File > Print.

PrtScrn just puts the screenshot in the clipboard.

You then need to open your graphics program (photoshop or whatever), create a new image, and 'paste' - Then you can print it.

Yes.......it looked funny when I took its picture, and on one shot, it had gradient circles that were quite pronounced.

Theres even a news video interview with a representative from google that was done like the day after it happened.

Im just curious why Jeb created two threads i forget where the other wone is but i think muckpond put a link it it for you NikonJeb.

Because THIS thread was asking for technical help on screen captures, not simply to discuss Google's goof. Hence being posted in a totally different category, too! :)
