The image previously in 5th place in the "Hate" challenge has been disqualified due to an inadvertent date violation. Congratulations to all who advanced.

Yes, very much. I hate having to disqualify any image where the "violation" wasn't intentional. Very much.
NOTE: Please make sure everyone to check those dates on your cameras; when you travel, for example, the dates may be off.

I thought the rules asked us to keep the time the same for travel... |

| but if you move residency from one country to another, make sure you change your camera time. |

I am rarely in the situation that a couple of hours of time difference would make a problem for the challenge, while at the same time I prefer that my timestamps reflect the actual local time where I took the photos. (I do not take photos exclusively for DPC). Those end up usually either in the best of... or a monthly challenges, when a couple of hours don't matter. |

thought i'm trying not to be too happy 'cause even though i really didn't like that particular photo (just wasn't my style i guess) that's a sucky way to advance... my condolences to poor  hanae
