A friend of mine is having problems with her camera, and I told her I'd post them here to see if anyone had experienced anything like this before... so thanks in advance!!
"Batteries are fully charged and the LCD screen has power. but only a black screen is visible. All of the LCD display information and menu's are accessible and look normal. Occasionally it will come on and take normal pics. When the screen is black I have tried to take a photo, with and w/o flash only records the black screen and I have checked my memory card and it is being used. I have pushed the Reset button; but notta. The manual says something about an internal battery but date and time have not been lost. "
Can anyone help? Thanks! |

| My dad has this camera (at least I think he does) and he had to put it in the shop for a faulty sensor. Sony paid for it, even though it was well out of warranty; something about factory recalls, or something. |

| Ok, turns out I was wrong, my dad has a P92... But perhaps it's a related problem? |
