i took the pic during a car show. out of all the cars and pics of, this was my favorite. (that's right, purple is my favorite color, so what's it to ya :-)) well, last pic for now... when i become a member, feel free to print out any of my pics, i won't mind! (i should become a member closer towards summertime...)

I am awestruck by your strength and perserverance. Your example is one that I could only hope to follow, under the circumstances which you have endured. Thank you for your lessons in graceful survival.

This is a wonderful thread and I'm compelled to contribute, even though the view from my front door leaves much to be desired. I'll spare you the full view of my trailer park and show you my little garden; which is thriving in the Florida winter.

That's Dublin on a grey and wet Friday morning. Damn, the thumbnail makes it look like I live in a shanty town.

I live in Central Pennsylvania, and this is a night shot of the city of Harrisburg, near where I live, and since you have lots of flowers on your profile page, here's a volunteer that showed up in my yard late in the summer.

Let me know if you like anything I have on my profile page, or in my portfolio, and if you want, just download them, copy 'em whatever if you want them for on your wall or whatever.

I really need to sit my but down and fire off an e-mail to you. Hope you are doing O.K.

Took these today after yet another attempt at getting an Ice shot. With this 'Cowboy' & Lady in red I used the underexposure with fill in flash technique but it looks like I need more practice and tips on how to master this technique to really make it pop:-(

I live here at the moment...

Heart of the renaissance. 10 minutes walking from the house Michelangelo bought in 1516 and is still standing.

Michelangel did a sculpture for the tomb of one of the Medici's. A Medici Pope complained it didn't look like the departed. Michelangel responded, "In 500 years, no one will know what he looked like. But they will all know I did the tomb." It gives me pause to consider the galactic size of Michelangelo's ego (which was probably deserved). Thoughts like these put the world in perspective for me.

Thanks for the photos, technically I can't say anything as I know nothing about fill in flash and things but....I can say that I approve of your model...VERY much ;o) LOL
