biology means also fruits and veggies, so maybe you can recycle smth from the previous challenge? ;-)
i'll try to do that, if any other idea doesn't come along

Hmmm...I am having an internal fight... I have two submitions right now, my "crappy" Bad picture, wich probably will be my 3rd worst score ever, but for me it is kind of unique and artistic.. And my Fruit and Veggies, wich is a completely DPC friendly and cliche(stock photography style...) and it`s doing quite well (6+)... So, I guess that for the sake of the WPL I`ll keep on shooting "stocklike" pictures and leave my "artistic" side for my portfolio...

Anyway, I am really looking forward to the next Expert editing challenge (wich seems to be "my thing") :D and also, to get my 10th place in the last "Fill the Frame" challenge since the 4th place was disquilified but I dont know why SC have not recalculate the results :(

I have submitted a photo for Music... I got screwed again... I had a pic for music and one for biology and tried to submit. I did not realize that it was an open challenge. Damn! My Biology was a better picture but looked like the Fruit & Veggies with a twist so I went with Music which is a weaker photo technically but with a greater statement. I hope it pays off.

Well ... I'm getting hammered in the fruit/veggies challenge ... I really don't get it either ... this isn't a bad photo ... but sitting at a 5.26 right now ...

I've got to finish editing my 'music' entry when I get home tonight ... and I have a few ideas for locations to get a good 'street photography' shot ...

It seems the WPL it`s still going on, wich is good :P
I think we have our 4 submissions for this week challenge, so good luck!, and, who is submitting for next week? (Street, love/hate?) I guess I`ll be submitting for the Street challenge, and I hope to have an idea for the open as well.

How are you doing? My Fruit and Veggies is doing fairly well (6.3+) but I didnt submited for the open challenges.

I only have a pic in Fruits and veggies, but it's not doing very well : 5.06 (I knew it wouldn't, but I thought it would be better than a 0). I'll do better this week, I promise :) I'm thinking of doing street photography.

Looks like I'll have some time today and Saturday to take some photos while in Canada. I'm prolly going to get some photos today while snowboarding...but then I'm going to get some street photos tomorrow in between checking out of the hotel and going to the airport. So I should be able to enter this weeks challenges.

I might even find a love or hate relationship...you know how romantic the french are.

Okay, I may have just been put on the disabled list. My camera may be broken. I'm going to explain in another thread hoping that someone can help me...but as of right now, I can't put my camera in Shoot mode because the lens is stuck. Lets hope I can get it fixed by next week.

Well after a pretty good start to the year the WPL season started and my scores immediately plummeted....however my Street one is doing much better (6.6 at the moment), so hopefully I am over my rut at last!

I am doing well at Street Photography (6+)... And looking desperately for an idea for the "Hate" challenge (Love has too many submissions already)... If anyone has a cool (and easy to do) idea for the Hate challenge and is not going to shot it, PM me! :P

Gaby...I had a great idea for love...(sorry not a hate one) and I was going to send it to you. If I had a good working camera I would have shot it today...and I would send it to you but...1) you can't get it in Mexico..and 2) it might be too late anyways.

Thanks :) I guess I`ll pass on the Love/Hate challenges (all my hate ideas are very complicated for basic editing, and the love ideas are just too cliche...hmmm)...I already have the Street submission, so for the WPL that must be ok (anyway, I really don`t think that an open challenge submission could finish with a better score than my Street photography)...

Please guys, if someone hasnt submitted this week (or would like to submit a second shot), try to enter the open challenges, we`ll need all the best scores we can have!

So.. I found a cool prop for a last minute shot for "Hate"... It`s not my best technical picture ever, but I am very pleased with the shot.. I am sure that my Street picture will end better than this one, I am guessing a score of 5.4 for my hate shot, but I like it :D I just hope it is gonna be "refreshing" for the topic...

I finally didn't shoot anything last night...I felt sick, I had fever and I was just sitting in my bed. This morning I went to the doctor and he told me I have to stay home for 3 days, taking medicines and stuff....I HATE being ill!!
So no voodoo doll for me (this was my idea for the hate challange)...I had bought all the stuff to make my doll...oh well, next time.
In street photography I'm at 5.42.

Update on my camera....It's good enough to take photos...sorry I couldn't enter this weeks challenges, but I'll be entering next weeks challenges...(I guess it's week fours challenges)...I have plenty of ideas for ice..but may check into low key ideas too.
