I was super happy with both photos and i went to go enter them both in and BAM. it hits me, i totally forgot i cant enter both :( and that left me to only enter one which i almost pulled my hair out choosing. but i picked one and it better fare well. or ill..... i really dont know.

In a word, NO

Good luck with what you entered.

You'll need to wait until after voting finishes, or fall afoul of the outtakes rule.

If the other is REALLY good, you could save it for FS.

My thread of some photo's was pulled because I mentioned I wanted to use one of those photo's for the streetphotography challenge.

The reason was that it could influence the voting. I really don't understand how that would influence voting cause I was too late and missed the deadline, so I just started a thread with a whole different intent (showing how a fest in holland is celebrated) I think if I hadn't mentioned I wanted to use one of them for the challenge the thread would've been fine.

:-(

so:
NO, you may not...

Don't get me started ... ROFL! ... but NO ... the "outake police" will write up tickets on you for sure.

How does the outtake rule work? If you get people who submit similar images of landscape features time and time again to challenges (and who consistently do well in them) - are the previous challenge shots not glorified outtakes for the subsequent challenges?

If I post an image (in my portfolio or on a forum) very similar to the one I want to submit for this week's challenge, will I be in transgression of the outtakes rule?
