I have satellite! There are a kazillion channels in tons of different languages. Problem is the signal is PAL and my television is NTSC. Does anyone know of a good converter, or do I go get a multisystem dual voltage TV and put my nice big one I can see without my glasses down in the basement?
And for anyone in Germany, if I were to look for a children's show, where would I look? (Probably the best way to start to learn the language.) |

How come your TV is NTSC? You mean it's PAL... |

| I moved here from the US. My television, purchased in the US, only recognizes NTSC signals. With a PAL signal it rolls in black and white, which is amusing, but not optimal for viewing. |
