For a fellow that smelled strongly of body odor and needed 2 pair of pants for "proper coverage" (holes), I'm guessing his modeling career isn't just about to take off... but....

... funny sidetrack... I met Ty Pennington at a party at his brother's house years ago (1996-ish) before he was known. He was doing modeling then and was in his "grunge phase" (filthy); looked a lot like this guy!

Um im 6'3, fairly broad in the shoulders, but only 207lbs :( I have a Louisville slugger though :D Does that qualify me for the 'assistant' job?

To bad it is so far away I'm 6'8 255lbs. Put on a dark suit with a thing in my ear and I would talk into my watch. LOL :-P

Did I read he would like to trim your bush, too?
Did you ask him if he knew Ty? Could be related.

Sounds like he's asking to move in, It would take a while to do all those chores.
