I just tried to buy seveal prints, but for some reason my credit card was not accepted. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I tried 3 times to re-add the info, but to no avail. This has to be a big problem, because it happened to a friend of mine as well.

I had the same problem this weekend. Called the bank all is ok there, and my card works fine on other sites. I must have tried 3 or 4 times, had some communication with Drew, but the problem remains unresolved. Very disappointing. Since dpc uses PayPal for receiving membership dues, I think it would be a good alternative for purchasing prints.

So far I have not had a problem. Are you sure you typed in your name exactly as it appears on your card, and your address exactly as it appears on your billing statement? If your billing statement uses your 9-digit ZIP code, you will want to use that on the web site as well.

I've also contacted Drew to make him aware of the problem... though I have also ordered prints twice and not run into it.

I have ordered a couple of times and had a little problem but that was because I added spaces between the credit card numbers. 1234 5678 8987 1234. I think if I remember correctly you are supposed to leave the spaces out or maybe it is the other way around. Try it see what happens

Most web-based forms DON'T want the spaces, or hyphens, or anything else, in the CC number, phone number or ZIP+4 Code. |

Thanks for the suggestions. I entered the card numbers, sans spaces, and it went through like grass through a goose. I charge other people's cards all week at work and entering mine without spaces never occurred to me. The POS software we use automatically takes care of removing the spaces. Oh, well. Live and learn, now I can order MORE PRINTS!

Glad that worked for you. I just spoke to Drew and he is modifying the payment entry page. The instructions will say to exclude spaces and hyphens when entering the card number.

I bought several prints and never had any problems,paper and print quality is TOP NOTCH!
