the center for fine art photography has chosen my photo

as a part of their exhibition in Denver international airport this summer!!

I have already been crying a bit, then dancing and then crying again today, hehe.

this is my first ever exhibition and the first little victory.

everything is happening so fast.
I started taking photos in september 2006 when I got my nikon d50 as a present and started taking "artistic" photos for around 3 months ago.
I am so bad technically!! the photo they chose is so bad, I'll have to re-edit it a lot, I'll correct the lighting on the face and remove that unnecessary canvas filter.

but still, I am happy.
I hope you are happy, too today!
because life is great:)
I want everyone to be happy:)

DIA is a wonderful place, IMHO, made even better with the addition of your beautiful image. I don't know how you can even concentrate on anything today.....congrats!!!

But before you go removing the "unnecessary" canvas texture, make sure they want you to do that. I really like that part of the picture! And as Ken says, this is only the beginning for you. Never doubt your abilities or question your work - you really do good stuff!
