They look a little flat and possibly a bit soft. Have these been edited already? The poses look nice. But they lack contrast and good color to make them pop.

my monitor looks like they have plenty of contrast and they also look sharp, can I get some more opinions on this please

I like your backgrounds, lighting and posing. They all look pretty good to me.

Now, I'm on a brand new video card and haven't calibrated my monitor with it yet, but the one on the top right looks a little greenish in the skin tones (just a very slight tint). It may just be me, but thought I'd mention it just in case.

OK I went over to the desktop. It appears I need to re-calibrate the laptop. Colors and contrast look fine. However I'd really like to see a little noise clean up on a couple of the close ups and some sharpening on a few of the others.

Now I'm off to calibrate the laptop again.

I think they all look great.
The only little thing I noticed was the white light on her chin in this shot.

Good job....

Looking at all of them again I must say I like this one the best.

Overall a good job.
This one you've turned her head too much away fro the camera - her 'back' eye is too hidden by the bridge of her nose.

good - pose and shot variety.
bad - background is the same in every shot - you could try gelling it to change the color (even some PS work to alter it a bit) - same lighting in every shot too, kind of boring - try a few shots with a low key (black) BG - just remove the lights from the BG, and some dramatic lighting.

an example

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions, I will give them a try.
Makes me feel better that I have to work on just some minor things.

I think they are lovely. Nice poses and they don't look flat or unsharp on my monitor.
