Whathappened is he did a firmware upgrade. It did not tell him this was going to erase the ipods memory. He for whatever reason no longer had the originals. Its solved get over it |
Get over it? My stuff is backed up... I think its funny how its the programs fault and not the user. |

I admit I should have back the files up. The reason I blamed iTunes was because it didn't say that the iPod would be formatted during the firmware upgrade. The music that was lost wasn't only the one bought from iTunes. Perhaps you should read the original post a bit more carefully.
