So from what I gather of the award speeches, The Lord is a Colts fan...? Is that really fair? |

Rex Grossman had to be the worst QB ever to go to the Super Bowl.
Made Trent Dilfer look like Dan Marino.. |

yeah. that's part of the reason i just can't be super duper excited. i'm really happy for the city -- it's our first championship of any kind, really -- but UGH! don't they know that god was really watching "america's funniest home videos" on abc?
anyway, yay indianapolis! woo woooo!!!!!!!!!! |

I really didn't think at the start of the season that Manning had it in him. He did it, not in a dome, but in the rain proving alot of us wrong. I do think that there was about 6 AFC teams however that could have beat the bears. I can think of 2 non playoff teams that could have beat them. AFC rules, NFC drools. |

I'm not taking anything away from the Colts here, but I can't help but wonder what the game would have been like without the pouring rain. I mean, I would think that Indy still would have won and everything, but there's no question that the weather dramatically changed the whole dynamics of the game. |

That is not what he meant. He meant God was with him....God was with "the losers" too. The point was to give thanks...
But can I just say....
COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-
COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-
COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS-COLTS
Been waiting awhile for that....

Bears will win because:
1. They thrive on being the underdogs. Look what they did to the favored Saints.
2. Their defense will be fully rehabilitated by game time. They'll be all over the Colts like flies on a turd.
3. Once again, Rex Grossman will manage the offense just well enough to win the game. For pete's sake, they Bears offense scored ALL the points against the Saints except for the Safety.
I'll think of a few more reasons later, but I'll throw in a score prediction:
Bears win, 31-17 |
uh, sorry it was a good list if only everything on it had a check mark for completed.
i'm not a super fan or anything i'm mostly fare weather so its not a huge blow, but i was pulling for the bears if Smith had pulled Grossman, we could've done it...grossman just isn't a superbolw or even a fully Pro. QB yet and someday he will be one maybe but in this case he should've been out in favor of experience.
here's to you colts a very well played game (with a really bad half time show)

Without rain, the colts put up 40+ on the bears today. |
