i'm getting so many mixed reviews. i wanted to beat my 6.2 :(

just caught up with the news of noisemakers DQ what a pity the kid has talent,.
However no one has caught up with my somewhat off colour signature yet I thought it might get the boot, but its still here
I've commented onall entries and adjusted a few scores as well.

MY bad.. have it on good authority that I was mistaken.. Dr Jones may in fact have entered ;).... the person I was thinking about was Nico Blue.. sadly that wonderfully beautiful .. erm I mean talented photographer wasnt able to enter ;) |

Meh.. I'm not entirely sure its a statement about nudity being bad.. or the desire to cover ourselves to hide but perhaps the idea that the picture will be plastered all over the internet forever and ever doesnt appeal. We've all seen those who become famous and the pictures that surface later to haunt them.. or those who have had employers or business contacts who see the pictures and perhaps dont view them as art and thus having a negative impact on their lives.
Then again some people value their bodies exposed as private and intimate. There are ways to still be within the parameters of the challenge while maintaining that intimacy and the gift you can offer your lover/partner or even just yourself.
Everyone has their own reasons for what they do.. cant begrudge them their opportunity to contribute in whatever way feels right for them in the moment.
Having said that all.. I'm thinking Dayum!! Perhaps I should have been more subtle.... just hit 1000 views. *blink*

300 vote check in, I peaked around 6.4 an then monday came and went down to 6.06, slowly climbing back up again :). And I got great comment from  Anastasia :).

I got a wonderful comment from Dr Jones so I don't care what my score is anymore. I'm happy, happy ,happy.

You do have a point there with models' nakedness plastered all over the internet. And I definintely am not begrudging anyone's choices. It was just that during the voting process, the whole nude thing seemed to get more and more depressing. However, I think I gave more 10s for this challenge than for any other I've voted on so far. In any case - good luck to everyone!! |

0.4 or 0.04? I mean, after all these, votes, 0.4 would be an incredible swing in only 5!
I seem to be doing better over the 2nd day. I might even crack 5.1 eventually. :)

You left a comment saying it didn't grab you, which was just fine - I appreciated knowing how you reacted. Then you gave me a 7. Man, I wish more people I didn't grab gave me that score!
