Most forums allow users to create polls, this may be a nice feature? I have a few Q's I would like to ask everyone.

You can suggest a poll...just type it in here. They have the ability to put one up on the left side of the My Home page here -- and have on a few occasions.
As far as user created polls, I think that requires a totally new forum program that they would have to buy and install. Personally, I like this one just fine -- plain, simple and doesn't give me some of the problems some of the other message boards out there seem to -- like phBB or whatever.

i saw this post and it finally got me motivated to write my own poll script (using only PHP)
...i was going to say you could always write your own poll then link to it in a forum, but then i wondered, would people bother following a link and voting?
..so guess what my poll is about?

muwahaha...my scheme for world domination is complete...
well..then..i guess I will do what all the news agencies do "this is not a scientific poll"...that seems to solve all problems.

I would love to have a feature added to allow POLLs to be posted in the forums.
I think it would be useful for easy questions such as:
Which crop do you prefer:
a) A
b) B
Art ROFLMAO is a:
a) thread-clown
b) concerned citizen
c) should be thrown in jail
It's also a quick, easy way to get ANONYMOUS opinions. If people want to expand, they can post as well as vote.
