I was out shooting today for minimalism. Put the camera for RAW +JPEG small. Took four pictures. Decided, hey let me switch banks and use my "Velvia" settings I have programmed in. Took around a hundred pictures for the challenge. Got back home and saw only four JPEGs. Remembered that instant, Quality settings are stored per bank.
I never look at that one little box on the lcd. Ahhhh, that's what I get for only shooting RAW all the time.
I love you D200, but today you let me down. |

Yep, Bummer. I know the feeling, as I "misplaced" about 400 one time. At least with my event it was nothing essential, just my outdoor snapshots.

| How do you set your settings so they are like velvia? I just went and shot too, may have some good ones, but was playing with filters all day and thats a bit rough to get right without any fixing later. Well atleast you did get to go out and shoot all day :) |

Well, my "Velvia" settings are More Contrast, Saturation Enhanced, Hue 3, Color Mode 3. Not true Velvia, but I use it for landscapes and what not.
Didn't quite have all day to shoot, 3 hours, but a bummer nonetheless. I have already picked my one shot out of the four. |
