We did make the new site live in Sunday and ran into unexpected glitches, even after extensive "beta" testing. The old, familiar, site is now up. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the new site up on Jan 28th.
I know some of you love the new site and some realy really don't. FWIW, the new site includes several modifications and also allows us to more easily insert additional updates and modifications planned for later this year.

I gotta say that coming into the forums to explain the situation is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to B&H, even if I really really hate the new design :-)

| They won me a long time ago..... I have made referrals to everyone that asks about camera and I have never had anyone tell me about a bad experience. |

| B&H is a dangerous place for me. I work 2 blocks away from it. It takes a lot of will power to not spend all my money there. :) |

I plan trips into the city around B&H. It's like a kid going to a candy store, except all the candy is really expensive. The people there are great. I will only order from them, except they do not sell Alien Bee's.
