Station 2 is a two piece "band" that perform both church worship services and also secular venues. They have a great sound that is full when they perform live. Even though it is just the two of them they pull off a complete band sound by looping their instruments and vocals live. They really do a top notch job. They performed today for our church plants worship service and they allowed me to take some shots while they were setting up. I have never taken shots like this before as most of my work is of me and my family - rarely other people. The lighting was horrible - indoor flourescent lights - and the backgrounds were pretty bad too - projector screens and lunch room gates. I used my 50mm for all the shots at 400ISO and 1.8 aperture. Overall I was pleased and they were too. I hoep to be able to make it to one of their secular venues to shoot as well as maybe set up a proper photo shoot to try some different stuff.
