OK, its been a while since I last clicked the shutter (01/11/2006). Am off to bed now and tomorrow will be a new day. I have promised myself I'll clean the car and take a nice drive somewhere to shoot a few pics (as long as the shutter hasn't sealed itlself) - any requests?

Nope, I didn't send the picture you requested, I never promised you asked and I will give you one. And yes, for my colonial cousins it was 1st November 2006,

Thus far a pic of a clean car is my fav ;)

I would really enjoy seeing a picture of an oak forest. Not sure why, it just sounds cool...

Just got a couple of shots of the brc at some woods about 20 miles away. She had a good shampoo at home but it started raining so no wax today.

Of course, getting to the woods involved lots of dirty side roads and probably the most pot holed bit of road I've ever driven on. Job number one clean the ickle brc once again, this caused quite a bit of exitement from the hoards of dogwalkers/cyclists. 10 mins later and not a bad detailing job I snapped a few shots off.

Nothing special but at least I went out a snapped a few. The trip home was great, roof/windows down, bars off, heated seat on, blower on feet/hands, Pink blasting out and 20 miles of country roads/lanes - that cleared a few cobwebs.

Impressive shots, Andi. Would love to reciprocate with pictures of my car - but it is a Toyota Prius so lacks street cred but has carbon cred.

A few peeps have asked me what my ickle brc is so, Its a Smart Brabus Roadster Coupe. 698cc (currently 101bhp) 0-62 eventually, fully auto, sequential box and paddles. I've never managed the 60+ MPG that some people boast, guess I enjoy it too much to be light footed. Made by Mercedes-Benz and tuned/sculpted by Brabus

The original Brabus version of the roadie was a twin engined V6 bi-turbo costing around 300k, my ickle Brabus just has one engine one turbo and new its c17k (thats UK pounds not dollars btw).

She is definately a head turner and a joy to drive in the dry (need to tread lightly in the wet). I hope to drive her around the Nurburg ring in the summer and she is off to Brands Hatch for a track day 3rd feb (should be fun) some stats

Was playing in CS (as you do when its late and had a couple) and came up with this. Its kind of catch 22, if you drink enough to actually stick your 20D on the outside of your car you can't legally drive it lol

Is this a Brabus Andi?
I was mulling around in some old image folders and this reminded me of your car.
Though different in appearance, it shares a lot of similarity and is perhaps a different year? Reminds me of a Toyota MR2/Spyder too.

Hey Brad, if I'm not mistaken that is a Lotus Elise.
