No. There is not difference in technique; only difference in the consequences.
The first leads to an unwanted pregnancy, the second leads to boredom, and third (often) to a broken marriage!
(But there are ways to overcome all these. For details, see p.46-47 of the book).

FWIW, all three can lead to unwanted pregnancy. :-) And well, the third some would say brings their marriage closer together.

/me off to have asexual sex...

Here are some excerpts from the book.

Some Facts about Sexuality:
·Kinsey’s studies indicated that about 26% of women and about 40% of men had been unfaithful at some point of time in their lives.
·According to a survey carried out in 1976, about 40% of girls aged 17 had experienced intercourse. In another survey, 34% of respondents thought it was wrong for a man to have premarital sex, whereas 42% thought it was wrong for a woman!
·In a survey carried out in 1970’s, about 13% men desired frequency of sex as more than once a day, whereas about 30% women desired this frequency.
·Sorensen’s survey of American teenagers revealed that, most boys had their first intercourse outdoors, whereas automobiles ranked first amongst girls.
·Eskimos are believed to have a tradition of offering their wives as a gesture of hospitality to the visiting travelers!
(Before you rush to them, let me caution you. They also kill the ones who do not live upto their expectations!)
