And that was even way too close. Literally. The only part that I find that is even remotely in focus is one of his right back legs, and that's even way soft. Interesting subject though. I get the pleasure of seeing very large spiders up close all the time. And other creepy crawlies. Benefits of working at a pet store. |

It's a jumping spider...they're about 2mm long. Hardly a tarantula! |

We used to have tarantulas at my pet store but we got rid of everything except for dogs, cats, fish and feeder mice. |

Wrong!
This one was about 15-20 mm with bright yellow dot on its but!

I used to have a pocket poodle that looked just like the one in your pic. The never could get the little SOB house trained. Final straw.....went to a 50 mile long beach only to have him poop on my towel.............:0 |

I do have to agree that this looks like a jumping spider rather than a true tarantula. The eyes are what have me convinced.
