Yes, you're right. But I have not included many illustrations in this book.
I would love to include sketches/photographs in subsequent editions (provided they do not make it look like porn).

:-) We need graphics... if for no other reason that to get us to read the text around them.

Lulu is a self-publishing site.
Sometimes also referred to as vanity press (which I think is a little harsh but sometimes accurate), it does give individuals the opportunity to publish their own work either where the potential audience is too small to attract a commercial publisher, has failed to impress a commercial publisher or where the author has decided to go it alone for other reasons.
I'm extremely wary of buying books published in this way since there is no guarantee that the contents are accurate (commercial publishers have a vested interest in accuracy as their reputation depends upon it not to mention the potential for getting sued). I've also come across claims about copyright infringement - for example, I notice that KBhatia's book includes a great many quotes and references to other resources plus a few diagrams and I'm curious about whether permission has been obtained to use these? Perhaps it has in this case, but I'm not convinced.
Also, many books published on Lulu need a damn good editing, this one including, in my opinion. It has a number of spelling and grammatical mistakes that I spotted just looking at the preview pages.

Yes, sorry, I was talking about Lulu in general.
Some who use it offer a digital version for free hoping to make money on printed sales, others offer nothing for free, others still offer all their work for free.

Defects of Masturbation Pg.51 or 52
It leaves crusty little stains on the sheets
Priceless stuff, LMAO |

No. There is not difference in technique; only difference in the consequences.
The first leads to an unwanted pregnancy, the second leads to boredom, and third (often) to a broken marriage!
(But there are ways to overcome all these. For details, see p.46-47 of the book). |

1. In my case, I preferred to publish it on LULU first, before approaching a regular publisher.
2. The book download is free. Printed copies are not available.
3. I have used many quotes, but don't think that they go to the extent of violating copyright. If you come across any, please let me know.
4. The illustrations are on sexual anatomy, and have been personally skethed by me.
5. This book has been spell-checked and editted by myself only. The cover design is also done single handedly. There are bound to be some spelling/gramattic mistakes. Please let me know, if you come across any.
Thanks for detailed comments.

FWIW, all three can lead to unwanted pregnancy. :-) And well, the third some would say brings their marriage closer together.
/me off to have asexual sex...
