Paint Shop Pro XI will not run...

I have been using the demo for a couple weeks now.
I use it daily for hours at a time.
A couple times a week it will crash. I have auto save turned on so I just open psp back up and start were I left off.

Tonight it crashed and every time I open it I see the photo I was working on open up, then psp sits there a minute or so doing nothing until I get the crash message again.

Paint Shop Pro XI has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have restarted the computer a couple times and still no luck.

What else can I try beside removing psp and reloading it?

well I tried the repair option psp has when you do a install.
Still does the same crash after loading the saved photo.

Does anyone know were the psp auto save is saving the files?
Maybe if I can delete the saved file it keeps trying to load.

It crashes when opening and "searching for auto saved" or something like that. The file it opens is titled psp806.tmp

I thought restarting would clear a .tmp file, but I guess not.

I also did a search for psp806.tmp file and could not find anything.

there is an update, they sent it to me on the message center you might want to consider updating it !
