| I have been working on a photograph to submit this week... Now however, before I have submitted it, I have seen a previous photograph that is similar to mine. Would it be best to not submit this photo even though I had not previuously seen the other photo? |

If you still like your photo after seeing the other one, then submit it. Maybe look at the comments of the other entry and see if you can fix some things in postprocessing ;-)
