I think we finally have some snow coming over the weekend into Monday. Next weeks highs are to only reach the lower teens. Winter has finally arrived in Northeastern Iowa.

-19C. (avg is around -8) Global warming? what?
Or, in the words of the weatherman during the last cold snap in November ...
Good thing we're having global warming otherwise it would really be cold.

Air conditioner is one, due to the warm sunny summer evening we are having, waiting the one day Cricket match, between England and Australia, to start the second innings.

O degrees @ midnight. Windchill -11 degrees.
3 feet of frozen snow here in the Cascade Mountains, we're near the Canadian border. Some places near me have 5 feet of snow right now. We had a warm snap of 44 degrees a few days ago and that melted at least a foot of snow. That's fine with me!
