Hey has anyone come across the tripod that can be wrapped around tree branches? I found the one by JOBY. //www.digitalcamerainfo.com/content/Joby-Inc-Develops-Flexible-Tripod-For-Point-and-Shooters-.htm

But it says not for DSLR's... Are there any others out there???

I ordered the SLR-Zoom version from amazon a few days ago, so I'll let y'all know how I like it when it arrives.

Bogen/Manfrotto has a clamp that can be clamped to tree branches. You can mount a regular tripod head on this clamp.

That's their Super clamp. I use them all the time, although I use them more for lighting than camera support.
