At the wedding reception, I try to get the standard family and group portraits, but then I also try to get something a little less traditional... These are some of my group shots at wedding receptions:

I'd love to see what "creative ideas" others have come up with for shooting the family and group shots at weddings. So, please, share your own...

I agree! I hear so many photographers complain that they won't shoot weddings - too much stress, not worth it, etc. I love weddings. The people are always having so much fun and it just makes me smile.

You've definitely got some fun pictures there. Keep 'em coming.

I've enjoyed looking at these shots! I'm shooting my first wedding in June and looking forward to it (although I'm also a bit nervous). I love the creativity of the shots you've both posted, and hope to see more of them! Thanks for sharing!
